Eating Disorders (Inpatient, PHP, IOP)

  • Population: Adolescents and Adults.
  • Locations: Ascension Saint Joseph – Chicago (adults 18+) and Ascension Alexian Brothers Behavioral Health Hospital (ages 11+).
  • Levels of Care: Inpatient, PHP, and IOP.
  • Treatment: Individual, group, and family therapy; CBT, DBT, ERP, ACT; medication management; nutrition and meal support.
  • Care Team: Psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, dietitians, case managers, and therapists.
  • Special Features: Cross-tracking with OCD, anxiety, mood disorder, and substance use programs.
  • Access: 24/7 transfers and free walk-in assessments.

Perinatal IOP (Pregnancy & Postpartum Mood & Anxiety)

  • Population: Expecting and new parents, including post-adoption.
  • Location: Ascension Illinois Behavioral Health (in-person and virtual).
  • Level of Care: Intensive Outpatient Program.
  • Treatment: Group therapy, psychoeducation, coping skills, and baby-bonding interventions.
  • Special Features: Babies welcome during sessions; virtual access available.
  • Goal: Build resilience, coping skills, and confidence while reducing isolation and guilt.

Foglia Family Foundation RTC (Addiction & Co-Occurring Disorders)

  • Population: Adults with substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health conditions.
  • Location: Elk Grove Village, IL.
  • Level of Care: Residential program (20–30 days).
  • Treatment: Trauma-informed care, CBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, relapse prevention.
  • Services: Individual, group, and family therapy; psychiatric medication management.
  • Continuum of Care: Step-down to PHP/IOP at Ascension Alexian Brothers Behavioral Health Hospital.

OCD & Anxiety at Foglia RTC

  • Population: Adults with severe or complex OCD and anxiety disorders.
  • Location: Foglia Family Foundation Residential Treatment Center.
  • Levels of Care: Residential, PHP, and IOP.
  • Treatment: Exposure and response prevention (ERP) with high treatment intensity.
  • Scope: National access; designed for patients whose symptoms disrupt daily life.

Virtual Adult Mood IOP

  • Population: Adults with mood dysregulation or difficulty managing daily responsibilities.
  • Location: Virtual, available nationally.
  • Level of Care: Intensive Outpatient Program, 15 hours weekly (Mon–Fri, 9 am–12 pm).
  • Treatment: Daily processing groups, psychoeducation, skills training, expressive therapy, and case management.
  • Access: Assessments through Hoffman Estates ACCESS department; enrollment available outside 30-mile radius via phone screening.
