Types of plans

Exclusive Provider Organization (EPO)

The new EPO option is designed to offer more predictable expenses and better coordination of care at a low premium. Services are only covered at Ascension Network providers.

High-Deductible Health Plan (HDHP)

This option offers you low premiums per pay period in exchange for a higher deductible. You cover your medical costs until you reach your deductible.
